All three 'Guest Suites' rooms are about 32 m2 comes with a spacious ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The rooms have comfortable box spring beds. Each room has its own entrance, private terrace or balcony with a unique atmosphere.

This room is located on the first floor and has its own entrance through an external stairscase. The windows and the private balcony offer a view of the back and side garden, the olive groves, Periana and the surrounding mountains. On the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun.

Suite el Sótano
This room is located at the back of the farmhouse on the ground floor. It has small windows and is cool in the summer. The characteristic ceilings have wooden beams and from the window there is a view of the back garden, olive groves, Periana and the rugged mountain landscape. The area is pleasantly shaded until noon. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening sun under the wooden pergola.

This room has a typical Andalusian atmosphere with high ceilings and wooden beams. It is adjacent to the spacious front terrace and offers views of the La Viñuela reservoir and the valley with olive groves. Here you can enjoy the terrace in the morning sun. The wooden pergola offers protection against the midday sun.

FINCA ZAYAS
Finca Zayas offers various options for large and small groups. La Casita, the original house, has two bedrooms, each with a deluxe ensuite bathroom. In addition to La Casita, the Guest Suites are each with its own entrance and has room enough for 3 people per suite. A completely private holiday home with all facilities such as swimming pool, kitchens, living room, dining room, outdoor ‘Bar & Kitchen’, BBQ, fitness bike etc. are available! Finca Zayas has been completely modernized, using solar panels and does not use butane gas bottles.
